What occurs once I've made my purchase?

Our dedicated packing team will meticulously assemble your hamper along with the gift card before coordinating its dispatch.
As soon as our courier collects your hamper, you will be notified via email, including tracking details for your convenience.
Kindly ensure to check your spam or junk email folder, just in case our correspondence inadvertently lands there.
When can I expect to be notified about the dispatch of my hamper?

When your order has been picked, packed and despatched, you will receive an email with your order tracking details so you can monitor your hampers movements with the couriers every step of the way.
